Before you hit the road, or take to the skies, pull out your credit cards and see what they have to offer before you go.  Some credit cards will give you between one and two percent cash back.  Another may provide a discount for local car rentals, or admissions.  Yet another will give you some extra perks, like free photo opportunities at Epcot with some of your kids’ favorite characters.  On the flip side, if you’re traveling outside US borders, keep in mind foreign transaction fees which can add up every time you hand over your card.  If in doubt, or you don’t like what you see, give them a call.  Small amounts add up, on both sides of the ledger. Travel can be an exciting roller coaster ride of experiences.  Don’t let manageable expenses take you for a ride.

  1. Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The design and style look great though! Hope you get the problem resolved soon. Thanks
